for accepting the beauty life is offering you at every moment
love is smelling the delicate & floral scent of a rose
as it opens your heart
love is cooking for your family & friends
love is seeing yourself for the beauty you are
love is feeling the flaming fire as your karmic patterns burn
love is having difficult conversations with those you love
love is knowing when to say no
love is knowing when to say yes
love is letting go in a moment of tension
& choosing love instead
love is understanding & honoring someone's perspective
even when you disagree
